Welcome to FilterDirect.com. FilterDirect is a small business based in the sunny Orange County of California. We have been manufacturing quality RO reverse osmosis system for over three dacades since 1996. Through continuous improvement of product quality and manufacturing efficiency, we are able to bring reliable quality products at affordable prices to all customers, and bring sales and competitive edge to all dealers and distributors.
We specializes in water filtration products and peripheral accessories. We carry water related products and replacement filters for major RO systems.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time PST. If you have any questions about our product, please feel free to contact us during business hours. However, please do not call when our office is closed. Due to the mass volume of incoming messages, we do not allow voice messages anymore. If you choose to email your question, note that all emails are responded within 1 or 2 business days at most. If you did not hear a reply after 2 business days, it's most likely that it went into spam folder or blocked by the server.
