I would like to thank you for continuing to provide great products and great service at a reasonable price. I have been doing business with you since 2003. Your product are so good and the family demand is low so maintenance has been minmal. The General 585 performs so well that I failed to install a maintemance kit. I think it is time and we have moved to an area where the water quality is poor, we also have longer distance between unit and point of use. The house we are in now has a whirlpool 3 stage unit that I am going to remove and install the 585 instead. A good testimony of the confidence I have in what you sell. Thanks!!!!!!!!
