Hello, I spoke with you today concerning my RO systems (RD-106), I talked a lot with you to get them set up. Going with the advice that you gave me, we went from a feed water TDS of 1780 to a product water TDS of 069. I can not tell you how happy I was! Then I got membranes from another company because it saved a few dollars and got better TDS from my old used membranes than I got from the new membranes. If the membranes were the problem (which everything points to that being the case), I have not only wasted money, but also a lot of time and water. Going with your recommendations again, I just ordered new membranes from you. Due to our poor quality feed water, you recommended that we go with the 75 gpd membrane. I have decided to go with one 75 gpd, and one 100 gpd to see how much difference there is and to decide if we prefer one over the other. I also ordered new flow restrictors as you recommended. I also wanted to mention (just a bit of info, nothing to do with this situation) that my husband took my TDS meter to work to test the city water. I can't remember the exact number, but the TDS in the city water was over 1500 TDS. So wether from our well or from a treated source, I won't have good water to work with here so I really appreciate all of the time and expertise that you have provided! If these membranes work like I think they will, I will need to search online and see if there is somewhere that I can leave feedback saying how pleased I am. Thank you again!
