I just wanted to comment on your product. I had a small issue on shipping,
a letter was left off of my address. Contacted your customer service and
they were extremely helpful. This filter is of high quality-definitely not
cheaply made like some of the others on the market. Installing this unit
was extremely easy! Mounted and installed in less than 20 minutes. Within
a 1/2 hour after following instructions my tds rate went from 250ppm to
5ppm to 0. This product definitely works. Excellent quality, customer
service, fast shipping, product was packaged great. I cannot say enough
about this filter. I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know.
