Received our reverse osmosis unit (RO-585) and installed it today. I am really pleased with the quality of the unit and it was very easy to install. We had ordered a Watts unit a few weeks ago and one of the filter housings broke loose three weeks after installation. They were installed at the factory and someone over tightened them damaging the threads on the sediment filter. I had a heck of a time unscrewing the remaining two carbon filters and had to use a cheater for leverage. Anyway the purpose of this email is to let you know that the quality of the RO-585 is much superior to the similar Watts product. The threads on the filter housings are much thicker, having two O-rings instead of one, and several other features make this the best unit.
