Why pumps are wet when they are new:

1. Water dripping out of every pump is normal. The manufacturer performs wet test on each pump before shipping them out.
2. Look at the blue cap (or yellow rubber plugs on some models), the purpose of the cap / plug is to prevent water from coming out.
3. We buy directly from the factory in bulk package of 6 pumps per box, and 34 boxes per pallets.
4. We do not have used pumps to sell; we only sell brand new pumps from the factory.
